He is quite involved in knowledge-sharing between the teams, in terms of tools/technologies, testing, processes and methodologies.
At Contour Ehsen recently started a new role as a Manager SQA Services, he is managing the growth, performance/quality and sustainment of the QA function and personnel.He also developed automation infrastructure within Dockers/containerized (micro-services) environment. Ehsen was a key employee responsible for the development of robust architecture and framework of an automation project for complex data-driven API & UI based system using various tools and technologies for execution on multifaceted testing infrastructure and environment.
He has been a lead and core automation architect for various initiatives and holds extensive experience with commercial and open-source frameworks/tools such as Test Complete, Selenium-based frameworks, Mocha Chai with JavaScript (NodeJS), etc.
Ehsen joined Contour in May 2015, has served two divisions Volaris Travisoft and lately Perseus Market Leader in the Automation Lead capacity. Aqeel has a Computer Science degree from Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, and holds Microsoft technical Certifications. #CONTOUR NEXT SOFTWARE#
Aqeel has a strong track record and experience of recruiting, leading, coaching and mentoring Software Developers, Architects, Team Leads, Managers and other Senior/Junior team members for the R&D divisions/departments at Contour. Since 2016, he is working as a Director of Software Development Service at Contour. He is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and is recognized as one of the key change agents to have helped implement and refine the Gladstone R&D department to the state of best practices, especially from a development process methodology perspective. As part of the Contour division employee, he has worked as a Technical Development Lead and a Line Manager. 
He rose to a Team Lead (late 2010) and then after some time, to a Technical Lead role, and contributed as a key component of Gladstone’s post-acquisition success. Once Gladstone became part of the Jonas operating group of CSI, Aqeel continued as a Gladstone MRM division employee at Contour.
Aqeel Ashraf joined Gladstone PLC’s Pakistan branch office, at the start of 2008, as a Senior Software Developer. Saeed has an MBA degree with specialization in Finance. #CONTOUR NEXT SERIES#
As project coordinator worked on coffee table book series on heritage of Pakistan, world-wide circulated- The Churches of Pakistan (Versions- English, French & Italian), The Sikh Heritage of Pakistan, The Hindu Heritage of Pakistan and The Buddhist Heritage of Pakistan.
Before Sam & Bill, was in Constellation Plus- a Media & Management Company, from 2007 to 2013, as coordinator worked for USAID-Population Council, World Vision, Helpage International and for different Govt. 
Coordinated the project-Restructuring of the Directorate of Information-KPK.
Before joining Contour, he was in SAM & BILL- a Consultancy & Advocacy Company, from 2013 to 2018, coordinated different projects for GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Ltd and some other renowned pharmaceutical companies and for media houses like, CNBC, SAMAA, ATV, 92-News. At Contour Islamabad office, performing administration/operations role, was among the first team members, when Contour started its office in Islamabad in the year, 2018 (December), as member of management team also contributed in establishing the new Contour Islamabad Office at TF Complex. Saeed joined Contour Islamabad Office in the year 2018.
